We do not allow for sub-distribution. Authorized Distributors are only permitted to sell our products to approved brick and mortar retailers. We do not allow for distributor-to-distributor interactions or for resale to Amazon resellers. All online retailers must abide by our MAP policy. Online retailers are only permitted to sell Arpa Tea products through their own online store. We do not permit retailers to sell on third-party platforms, such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, etc. Requirements: Must be able to provide a valid / current business license and Tax ID number. The minimum order requirement is in case quantities (12 units). The minimum order for free shipping is $300. Terms for first-time orders are required to pay via credit card; we accept all major credit cards. Net terms can be obtained upon credit approval and an established business relationship. Please ask your sales representative about this month's promotions. All wholesale orders are filled upon order.
